Day 3 No sign of the repairs being done. My neighborhood is all on well water, so no power, no water. Not a single truck even driving by.

DO NOT PAY IN CASH AT THIS OFFICE. They will steal your money, and their security cameras are placed so you can't prove it. They stole $400 from my family and everyone up to the district manager claims there's nothing they can do. I'd switch companies if I could.
