Absolutely Awesome!!! Great customer service, patience and knowledge. Lenses ordered THEN fitted to my frames when they arrive. Will have my new lenses custom fit - to my old frames - same day - once lenses arrive. No need to be without glasses for 2 weeks!! Absolutely miraculous- since my backup pair broke recently. Now I have the time to purchase a second pair at my convenience. Prices were almost half of quote from Broome eye and they never informed me I could “custom fit” my frames - AFTER - my new lenses arrive. Very disappointed since I have taped my old lenses to my new frames for months - since I can’t see without them for 2 weeks - waiting while they ship frames and lenses out together. Super thankful for this experience and learned all of that could have been avoided and I NEVER needed to purchase TWO frames at the same time as my lenses. $1000. down to $280. - HIGHLY recommended!!! FIVE STARS !! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Received glasses recently and by the time I returned home the left lens was cracking at the edges. Returned to the office and they replaced the lens. At this point I was satisfied until the other lens started to crack. The office reached out to me and they recommended a different type of lens that should solve this issue that can happen with metal wire frames at no additional cost to me.
