Just stopped by for a quick glimpse at the sunset...during the day-there is a really nice sand beach for people to enjoy. I believe you have to pay.

Great beach!!! Fun dock!!! Lifeguards and staff are amazing. I like how they talk to kids to change behavior and are open to questions or to help.

$13 for a seasonal pass that works until August 21st, which is when the beach closes. Totally worth it! Super clean, fun beach. Good parking. Sand is soft and the water is clean and warm. None of that weird long seaweed like the Minneapolis beaches. Only downside is no pets or alcohol. But Ive brought beer and no one has said anything, so as long as your lowkey about it you should be fine.

Worst beach experience ive ever been to. Paid money to get in and got kicked out for bringing a cooler in with drinks they didnt care and then kicked us out 5 minutes later and wouldnt refund us . Scammers

Yes, I've seen folks on inflatables at the beach. Tubes specifically.
Not that I'm aware of. Maybe if you pick up a comcast signal (have to have an account with them)

That is a rule and it's posted at the entrance because my kids brought it up but I didn't even see it. Phone use here is quite regular so I think they have that rule to give them a little more leeway to ask creepers to put their phone away.
If you are respectful and discreet I think it would be just fine.
