After the on site flowerist failed twice on delivery to the cemetery, I tried Conroy's. The beautiful flowers not only delivered on time, but also a picture of the flower bouquet was texted to me. I've been waiting for this place to deliver flowers to my guy all day and flyers aren't cheap! Their phone number was busy all day until 3p and my guy's flowers haven't been delivered. I finally spoke with someone at the Conroy's that said if my flowers aren't delivered today, they will be delivered on Monday. My guy doesn't work Monday. Very disappointing!😒

A same day order was placed for a City of Torrance retiree celebration. The employee placing the order asked for the bought to be around $300. When she picked it up, she was charged $324 but shocked at the size and condition of the flowers. Not knowing what to do, brought it back for the celebration. Upon closer examination, there were wilted flowers, greenery that looked like bugs had eaten the leaves AND SILK ORCHIDS mixed with the bouquet!! She called Conroys a d asked how much a dozen of each flower, plus filler would run and was told approximately $175. I am the recipient of those flowers and have called manager James 6 (six) times in 3 days with no response. Conroy Flower policy states if you are unhappy for any reason, you may bring the flowers back for a full refund. Store employees told me “James” does not give refunds. We shall see. I will definitely let everyone in the City of Torrance to never order flowers from this establishment.
