Mobile order in the drive-thru. No one behind me. They had me park. In the 4 minutes I was waiting, only one car came through... and then the food wasn't even fresh when they brought it out to me.

Other than the astronomical prices McDonald's charges for their food lately, one negative thing on this visit was that I had about 6 people look at me while I waited to pay for my order without any kind of acknowledgment. They simply looked at me, then went back to what they were doing. The manager was also within eyesight of me but never even noticed I was there or other people ignoring the register area. They were not terribly busy and I was surprised it took that long for someone to actually come up and help me. Other than that, the food was decent, hot, fresh (except the fries, tasted old & like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in a week), and my order was almost completely correct. It was only missing a couple of sauce cups.

🤢Quarter Pounder Burgers weren’t fully cook. Had to go back I did get a different sandwich. I just hope my son and I don’t get sick. 🤮

I heard there was an assault there
Firstly, everyone that works at McDonald's is grumpy, it's part of their core values, secondly, they have massive issues with call ins and more than likely someone didn't show up for their shift
At a 24 hr Drive-thru location, Google will show that it is open 24 hours. Google will not tell you that the Drive-thru is 24hrs and that the dine-in tables are 7am-10pm. They need to list open hours for both Dine-in and Drive-thru if the hours differ between the two.
Lots of churn causes there to be training issues. Meaning, they are constantly training new people and most of the time the people they hire have never had a job before, so its a real fiesta going on behind the counter
Lunch actually begins at 10:30am on weekdays(Mon-Fri)and then changes to 11am on weekends!
I don't believe so, but U could always call them & ask. Of course, there's always the chance that their machine is broken.
No, they actually do and CAN NOT hire individuals as young as 14yrs. Technically(not to mention legally)speakin, the youngest someone can be and still be hired by them is 15.
While this location was in fact one of the last locations to still offer chocolate/twist cones; fortunately, they no longer sell neither of the two as of about 3-4yrs ago. As of right now, they only serve vanilla cones/ice cream in general.
