The on-site Public Storage manager in West St. Paul, Mn. is amazing!! She is easy to reach, she is very knowledgeable about any questions you may have, excluding storage insurance, the security system on site and helping with the online app. While my daughter and I were at our storage unit, on two very hot days, she came by to check on us, offered water and even brought us snacks. I recommend West St Paul Public Storage!

Today I had a great experience discussing an issue I had with Jeffrey. He kindly listened and helped me obtain a refund for a lock that I never received. I was to meet with Melody on Nov 4 to obtain the lock and she was not on-site, though we had discussed a time the day before. I was charged for the lock, even though it was never given to me or left in the unit. I really appreciated the time Jeffrey took to verify I did have my own lock on the unit and to request a refund I had been trying to obtain for nearly a month. He also apologized for the actions of the other employee even though it wasn't his fault. Excellent customer service on his behalf!
