The reviews are unfortunately spot on. They don't ship, and if they do it takes forever. Customer service is almost non existent. They have a decent product for the price, but clearly they're having trouble fulfilling orders. Unless you enjoy waiting weeks for your order, I'd move on to another company until they rectify whatever the problem is.

I purchased a visor light bar on Jul 20, 2022 from Extreme Tactical Dynamics for the amount of $206.96. I contacted the company on Jul 25 to ask for a time frame the product would be sent and they said 3-5 business days. On Aug 5, I messaged them again to ask when they would send my product. On Aug 8, they advised me that they did not have my item in stock and offered me a product of lesser value. I agreed to this and asked how long until that item shipped. On Aug 11, I still had not received an answer so I then followed the company’s instruction on how to email the accounting department for a refund. It appeared that this company was not too worried about customer satisfaction. I did receive a confirmation email from the request. The request was with in the thirty days of original purchase. I then gave this company ample amount of time to refund my money. More than what they advised it would take. On Sept 14, I contacted the company by phone and I was advised that I had not sent a request that she could see. I advised the employee I have a confirmation email. She then sent the accounting department a request on my behalf. I then received another confirmation email for the request of the refund. I then waited and still had not heard anything, so by September 16, I messaged the company requesting a call from the accounting department. I then received a reply that only accounting had that information and I would have to email them. I have done everything that was asked of me. I requested the refund through the accounting email with all the required information and contact information and prior to the item being shipped. On Sept 23, I called the company again and spoke to Meagan and was still advised she couldn’t help me and that was an accounting issue. She advised that accounting does not have a phone and they are usually away from their desk. She then sent another email on my behalf for the requested refund. This company is trash. Save yourself a headache. Horrible!

Ordered 10 pack of under cover 4 tier LED strobe lights in 2016 and as of today all are still working great and no discoloration in the clear lenses. Ordered another set of the same product in 2019 for a new truck and they now have different flanges which cover all of the sides of the lenses and this set are failing already and the clear lenses are fading yellow. The warranty department is a complete joke and waste of time. First thing is you need pictures and paper work. Then you have to prove that you are certified to install them. ASE certified truck technician for 27 years isn’t good enough. What a complete joke.

Because they are a scam business who steals money from first responders. About the worst kind of people possible. I regret not doing more research on them -- there are warnings all over the internet and at the BBB. They're fraudulent thieves.

I faxed an order over a month ago to Extreme Tactical Dynamics along with a credit app for my Fire Department. I have called several and emailed multiple times concerning the status of my order or a order number. I am canceling this order.
