Really nice pet store! Bought a betta from them, seems very healthy and active. It's nice to see they keep them in bigger tanks than the tiny cup most places keep them in.

Was kinda let down by this place. I went in to buy a pet for my kid. I wanted to go-to a mom and pop shop as in sure they're struggling a lot more that the bigger pet stores. I hadn't got two feet into the store when they let me know that they were closing in the next few minutes. I wouldn't mind but i rang ahead to make sure they had what i wanted. I needed more time than 5 minutes to let my daughter choose exactly which one she wanted. I'd like to give them another shot but i was really put off by this.

I will always be grateful to this store for treating me with so much compassion when I came in a little over five years ago. I found an injured and very sick kitten in my driveway. I needed a cage to keep her in because her pelvis was broken and she was not supposed to move around much. It was not clear if she would survive the upcoming weeks. I came to this store and explained the situation. It was an emotional situation and I was very fragile. The woman (owner?) found a perfect cage for her and sold it to me at a discount because I was rescuing the kitten, and was so encouraging and sweet to me at a very difficult time. She pulled through and is a happy and healthy 5 year old! She loves her cage to this day!

My new go to Local Fish Store. Purchased some hardscape and fish here multiple times. You can tell that these owners genuinely care about their fish. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend

No--Due to a new California law, you won't be able to find any dogs, cats, or rabbits in pet stores (unless through rescue organizations). You'll have to find one from a rescue/shelter or a private breeder!
We do not trim beaks, but do trim nails! Please call 415-564-6482 to schedule a time to come in--our groomers have inconsistent schedules and are only here are certain days.
We do not. Ferrets are illegal to own and sell in California without a permit.
We do not sell live feeder mice, but we do sell frozen!
Unfortunately not. When we do have snakes, they’re typically corn or king snakes that eat thawed mice.
Well technically both.
As Nick said, we do not sell hedgehogs, as it is illegal to own and sell without special permits!
The Hand-fed budgie program has an almost 10-12 month waiting list! Call and speak to Joe to inquire!
Pythons and boas are illegal to sell in San Francisco, and can only be found outside the city (perhaps try The East Bay Vivarium).
You'll have to ask them I'm not connected with their business I'm just a customer
Iguanas are not typically up for adoption unless one has been surrendered as a rescue.
As far as PET Rats. We do. We are expecting some shortly from our breeder. Male and females. In the next week.
Do you have hand raised baby cockatiels?
