My brother was visiting from out of the country and he forgot his glasses. Dr Fan was able to squeeze us in for an exam and Zack was able to make a new pair of glasses for him in an hour. They really saved the trip. Thank you!!!

I don't know how they did it but my eyesight is getting worse after visiting. They gave me a new prescription for one eye and sent me to a specialist for my cataract. Since then I've been having horrible headaches from the bad depth perception. Even the specialist questioned why they gave me the one prescription for the one eye. Only good thing they did was recommend the specialist now I can get my eyes done correctly.

Mine was the last visit in the doctor's day. Took a bit of time for her to start my visit, but we went through things directly and she took special care to make sure we had the right solution for me and my conditions. The shop has a great set of designer frames from Berlin and my insurance could take a fair bit off the list price.

I've been a patient here for almost 20 years, and have referred others here with great results. Always a perfect experience in dealing with front office staff or any of their doctors. The equipment they use is well maintained and constantly updated. They also invest in a very deep inventory of glasses and contacts so sometimes you can get your contact lenses on the spot as opposed to waiting a week or more at other chains. Word of advice to others - Check your insurance coverage before going... Or even signing up with the insurance. My insurance changed many times over this period and some companies are not as good as others, so it's really not the clinic's fault. So you might want to one-star the shady insurance companies... not the messenger.
