We started our service with this company in 2016. Last week we called for service because the unit was leaking lots of water and was potential for damage to all the cabinets. We were told in 7 days we send someone. 7 Days of water leaking all over did not concern them. The attitude was very carless and unprofessional and unfriendly. So we asked to cancel the service and take their equipment. They said in 7 days. We could not wait for 7 days because of the water damage could be extensive. We called another company to stop the leak and to move the equipment so Rayne water can pick it up in 7 Days. Again very unprofessional response as though their equipment are more important than the damage to our cabinets. They used to be a good company but no longer. Poor management and poor customer care.

I love the Rayne water service, I have the softener and the purifier, don’t know what I would do without it. The company is professional and efficient, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants clean water and a softener to remove the hard water that is really hard on your skin and everything else.
