I ordered 20 egg sandwiches to give to the police officers working the Boulder County fire. The owner kindly wrapped our 20 sandwiches in half giving us 40 sandwiches plus giving us an extra 3 sandwiches . They bent over backwards to accommodate us.

The young man helping me was very polite. However, he must’ve made a mistake earlier in the day. The woman that I will assume is the manager disciplined him in front of three customers. It was done in a very mean and nasty manner, not constructive at all. I was embarrassed and felt sorry for the young man.

The customer service for a Super bowl Sunday was fantastic. I thought we would be swamped and waiting on a long line. We were taken care of quickly and by a pleasant young man. Even the dinning area was clean & bright for a day like that.

I’ve been coming here for two years and it has continued to go downhill. Whenever the owner is in, she never acknowledges anyone (even if she’s making your sandwich) and the turnover is so much that someone new is always making your sandwich. Here’s to eating an over-salted and disorganized 12 inch BMT that isn’t even cut in half. Drive to the next closest subway if you want anything worth your money.
