I come to Bawarchi for their biryanis and dosa. I tried their tandoor chicken once and was not impressed so I just stay with these two dishes. I noticed most of their Indian customers usually order dosa and biryanis too. I have never been to India, but I heard dosa is a common dish eaten for breakfast. It is a giant crepe maybe 18" round, usually folded or rolled up and is make from lentil flour and some also have farina flour. I tried almost all the dosa on the menu. I like them all, but my most favorite is the chicken tikka dosa, then the spring dosa which rolled up with lots of veggies, the the masala dosa which has potatoes. The dosa usually comes with 3 different kinds of chutneys and a curry soup. My favorite is the white one which has coconut and ginger. Their biryanis are also awesome but very spicy. The reason for 4 stars is the service is usually so so. I highly recommend coming here for the dosa.

Ordered bawarchi's lunch platter and mutton roganjosh for lunch via doordash. Worse food ever. Meat was dry, portion seems to be put by someone drunk (see picture). Daal was stale. Naan, appretizer, and soup was missing from the platter. Curry had more than a quarter inch layer of oil on top (see picture). This restaurant will go out of business if they keep prepping like this. Shame!

Simply delicious Indian food with generous portions at a great price. You get a 5% discount if you pay with cash. Apart from typical Indian sweets, they also have fusion ice cream flavors like pan masala ice cream (amazing), malai kulfi, rose etc. They also allow you to customize how spicy you want the dishes. We got the Vijayawada briyani, chicken chettinad (spicy) and chicken majestic (an uncommon Indian inspired dish). All three were phenomenal and we were very happy. The ice creams were also pretty good.

"Probably the best Indian restaurant in the United States." Please don't be surprised with this line. I am a big foodie and I ate at multiple places in New Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore. I was badly craving for nice Indian food after coming to US. But to my surprise, Bawarchi not only exceeded my expectations also won my heart. I highly recommend you to try!

Yea for sure, lots of rice and chicken dishes
No, but there are generally dinner specials and a discount if you pay with cash.
They have a lot of veggie options. You should try their dosas too. suggest you visit their other branch in centennial. I loved that place a lot more.
Lot of vegetarian options. Vegan is also available but is not explicitly stated in menu
