Parking lot is very small, very hard to find parking, gym is always crowded, front desk people are rued,I called today and they picked up on third call then hanged up on me.

I’ve called over 20 times, they will either not answer or answer and have bad connection and hang up. This place isnt even worth it, outdated old equipment, overly crowded, and rude front desk.

You do the routines yourself and there is only one person who speaks Spanish that I know of but he is not there all the time.

I went yesterday and they did have signs up explaining why they were closed (due to flooding) and that you can go to any of they other locations for free.

ayzinah haile, there is no 7 day pass but if you have a friend who is a member you can go into the planet fitness gym with them and workout for free to see if you like it. Great gym, with free pizza and bagels. See staff for details. Thanks
