I am new to this area and it would be my first experience with the gym. I really want to join the gym but I have no idea on how to start the training. Do this PF have trainers or somebody who can guide new people like me in the beginning? Thanks.

The trainers are not available in the morning. They are there Mon-Wed from 12pm. I just started the gym myself and wanted a morning trainer. I'm still learning the machines but if you ask then front desk, they will assist you. I had a lot of questions for them too.

I think the trainers are available during a certain time of the day. Most likely 9-5 because I never see any trainers before or after that time. The PF app also has videos of workouts you can try. If you need a person to guide you, talk to someone in the front desk and hopefully they can do something for you.
