I originally posted a bad review. I thought the lab was not following my prescriptions and not making the requested changes. I spent 4 visits doing a partial try in for a guy who looked like he had horse teeth and every visit I was receiving the same ugly set up. Not a single edit. I come to find out my moronic team member sent the boxes out without putting a new shipping label on and the case would be returned immediately to us because the old label was on it. I have loved glidewell quality and especially communication. I had a recent mix up where you were inches away from screwing a bride out of her new smile before her wedding due to mishandling. It took 4 very confused phone calls from your lab, and at least two phone calls from me babysitting you guys to make sure I got the case on time. But thankfully we did. I’ll own up and give benefit of the doubt that the shipping issues were to blame on some of my previous cases. Thank you for the impeccable attention you always give despite not being perfect you do a great job the vast majority of the time. I was at a loss for words until I found out on another case that nothing was done between the two appointments and realized my cases were not even making it back to you.

I'm changing my review because the customer service reached out to me and rectified the issue within 24 hours. I wish that could be implemented right away. I am generally happy with the quality and products I receive from this company. My sales rep is responsive and caring.

Worked with this lab for many years and did not have many issues arise. Recently our experience with Glidewell has been absolutely unacceptable and has caused our patients time money and patience. We do not know why their level of service has deteriorated completely. 7 cases in a row sent to us wrong and at very untimely manors. We have had patients come from out of state and due to there negligence have had to comp several of their procedures and they take no responsibility for their mistakes.

We have used this lab over the last 10 years. Over the years quality of product and communication have gone down. We use them for Dentures, Partials and Night Guards. Night Guards are still the same quality, but Dentures and Partials are horrible. Communication is the worst. Due dates are not being met even though we follow their schedule of how many days in lab are needed. They do not call to notify us of cases being delayed. I'm certain that there is no quality check on products before being sent out. We received a digital denture (which we did not request, it was supposed to be a traditional denture) with sharp serrated teeth (see attached pictures). Partials not fitting even on the model sent with the case. After two weeks of waiting on a case with no communication and the promise of "someone will call you today in regards to shipment and status of case" and no phone calls I will be finding a new lab. Save yourself the trouble and use a different lab.

Hi Yvette, no we are located in Newport Beach, CA but our fast turnaround times still apply to our Northern California dentists.
Crowns are made out of a multitude of materials, it all depends what the dentist (me) requests. This lab does outstanding work also.
