These guys have been super nice and very informative every time we have gone in. We bought a vape from another shop and ended up feeling like we got ripped off so we came back here to get help with the device we had purchased (it's a pretty weird vape) and buy a battery for it. They didn't mind helping us with a piece bought somewhere else and were able to help us figure it all out. If this vape breaks we will definitely be buying our next one from cigot.

The guys that work here are by far the nicest, most helpful crew I have encountered in a long time. I stop in once a week to have them change my coil and they always oblige this helpless girl without any question or hesitation. I truly applaud them and their efforts to help the vaping community but also to rid the world of cigarette smoking (yuck!!!).
