Usually this place is really good about detailing but today today they completely missed the mark. I paid the platinum packages and was highly dissatisfied. The interior and trunk weren’t vacuumed I had to ask the to to go back and vacuumed. The seats were completely missed! Also I just bought my car a month ago and somehow my hood and trunk were scratched all over! They have lost a loyal customer!

Terrible experience if I could give a zero I would. Spilt drink on the floor of my car and went into to get it cleaned so might as well get the rest of my car cleaned as well. After the job was "done" I go into check all they did was vacuum the carpet a bit and washed the exterior of my car. The spilt drink was still there, and the inside was hardly touched. The cupholders were still dirty my dashboard still had dusty. Worst job and wasted my money shouldn't have tipped before seeing the inside of my car. (I hardly ever write reviews, but this was so bad I had to)

Paid $65.00 plus $10.00 and waited 90 minutes. I had to ask them to re-vacuum in the corners after they were done. Seats still had dust, inside the doors were still dirty, streaks and spots on chrome and dash. Requested vacuum of trunk space up front and they didn't even open it. Poor job overall. Won't be back.

Short review: CORRUPTED service at Leetsdale Dr. car wash (not at Havana St. ). Detailed review: I paid a platinum pkg $60 (including clean wheel service) plus $25 extra. They did NOT clean the four wheels at all! NOR other areas on the listed service of platinum pkg. I added some pictures shown, besides the unclean wheels. One of the employees was so unkind when I asked for cleaning all wheels to them, after my car key was delivered to me. At the end, they and the owner (Arnie Slaugther at Leetsdale Dr. car wash) did not care to do it.
