What an absolute joke. I called to ask if there is a waiting list for people that don't show up for thier appointments. The lady said no, if that person doesn't show up that appointment goes away and there is no wait to fill a "no show" slot. That's a ZERO for customer service. So if there's a bunch of no shows, they sit around and do nothing all day. Fantastic!! Where.do I get an application for thT nob!!!job!!!! What a joke!!!!

They don’t follow there own rules and make up stuff as they go. Went to the Arapahoe one for an appointment. Email said to go to a self service kiosk to check in then have a seat until your number is called. So I walk in and do that. While attempting to put my phone QR under the machine a lady behind some glass said sir you have to go to the back of the line and wait your turn. I look and the line was to her not the kiosks. No one was at the kiosks. I said I have a QR code. She said that doesn’t matter. So I go wait in line while now feeling like others thought I was in the wrong even though I followed the email precisely. Get near the front wondering why I am waiting for her helping others and a guy asks me if I had an appointment. I said yes and he then takes the phone from my hand without asking and goes to the kiosk to check me in. I ask why did I wait in line for you to do it? He said good question and smiled like it was funny. Then he told me the appointment was for next week. I just grabbed my phone, turned, and walked out. While it was my mistake booking it, the experience was poor. Will try the Littleton office next. I now get they make up there own rules different from what they publish in emails and self service means something different in Colorado. They really just want to make you wait as much as possible and have control over you. I’ll plan for this next time. This review is for the Arapahoe County Aurora Office location.

I am so impressed with the speed and efficiency of getting my new plates. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was not late for work. Thank you for making this happen without any stress. The clerk was also so kind. The whole staff for that matter.

This might have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV. First off Tony greeted me at the door was cheery, and welcoming and guiding to get me checked in. We couldn’t find my appointment….. and well…it’s because I missed it by a day. *ugh. Tony said never fear! He had me take a seat and said he would see what he could do. He got me all squared away. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, he could have easily said “make another appointment and goodbye” but he was truly pleasant and took on the burden of my carelessness himself. I so appreciated this experience and as I watched their appointment system go on and people checking in and being serviced it was running so smoothly. I was so impressed with the way they were running this location. Bravo!
