The service advisor really took good care of me and everything went well with the service done on my Tiguan. However, since you asked, I do have one thing to suggest on what needs improvement at the dealership. If the Service Department opens at 7:30 AM Mon-Fri, they should really be open (or start doing business) at 7:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership at 7:15 AM to make sure that I was first in line (and I was), but the service advisor didn't come out to talk to me until a little after 7:40 AM... which caused me to be late for work about 12 minutes.

Easily the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Jorge was so friendly, we really enjoyed chatting with him and he is super knowledgeable about all the little tips & tricks for my car. Everyone we spoke to there was so nice, we never felt any pressure while making certain choices. The entire car buying process was so easy, thanks so much for my new ID4!

My wife and I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Volkswagen of Pasadena. We pre-ordered the ID.4 which took about 8 months to receive, which was of no fault on the dealerships end. Andrew was our service provider who helped us from our test drive, pre-order, and eventually when the car arrived. He took his time on explaining all the little details and the bells and whistles of the car, first class service from start to finish.

Yes, we have several sales consultants who speak Chinese. Ask for Kevin Ho, or Robert Hsu.
They wipe down everything before you get there. Desk. Cars. Anything you might touch they wipe it down. Masks the whole time. Very pleased
