i'm Australian and i'm about to go on a 6 month driving trip around america but i will be avoiding Redwood City Because of that crazy officer James i just watched on a youtube video, That Egomaniac is out of control & needs to be Fired ASAP before he cost your city "MILLIONS'' of $ in Lawsuits

Officer J. James throws temper tantrums like a 5 year old child. Never before have I seen such a disrespectful, unhinged LEO. H poses more a threat to the safety of the community than anybody there.

I’ve lived in RWC for 38 years. Never had a problem with pd until my local police officer died last year RIP. Now we get no help, even when we call numerous times. Dispatch and pd are a joke in friendly acers. JOKE! If u live here just know that even if you have two long time residents on your street in wheel chairs, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN to cars parked in front of handicapped ramps. Also people can park on RED curbs in front of fire hydrants when ever they feel like it with NO repercussions. RWCPD has lost its way. Mainly because the officers dont care because THEY DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Citation web page: https://www.redwoodcity.org/departments/police-department/pay-a-parking-ticket They have options to pay or contest a ticket on the page. However, should you chose to contest, be aware that the burden of proof falls on you to prove it was erroneous.
The police in any jurisdiction will be able to use the VIN to look up your DMV information if you are the registered owner of the vehicle, and will contact you if found.
Unfortunately, there isn't much the police can do about this.
No, unfortunately, reports to emergency services are taken in confidentiality and the personal information of the callers is not available to the public.
You may present a fix-it ticket to any member of law enforcement and provide proof of the correction and they will sign off on it. You can then return it, as outlined on the citation, to the requesting authority as resolution.
If the individual is crossing physical barriers into your property (I.E. coming through your side gate or over your fence) then your best option is to obtain video footage of the violator and any vehicle information as this is considered trespassing and these items may help if you choose to file a police report. Otherwise, if they are simply just crossing your driveway or lawn the police will not intervene in this matter as that does not constitute trespassing since it is an area open to the public.
Typically the noise curfew in most jurisdictions is 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, though this can vary city to city. Check with your local police department to see when their noise ordinance goes into effect before calling for a complaint.
