Staff here is terrible. The soda machines NEVER dispense ice. I pay for $20 a month for the AMC A list but never reap any of the benefits at this location. I always have the WORST experience here.

Oh boy....the theatre lost power, then sound. We didn't get to see even half of the movie. But, the young people working were amazing and everyone received a free admission to another movie. Heads up...Top Gun is looking real 👍.

We arrived 15 minutes early at AMC's almost empty 12-plex theater Sunday evening, only to be told by the ticket seller that the show was "sold out." We asked how this was possible, since the theater was virtually empty. Then the clerk changed his story saying actually the screening had been cancelled because of poor attendance. Two more parties behind us also wanted to see the same show. We'd traveled miles to go to this show, and nothing we checked online ahead of time indicated the showing was cancelled. Really poor business practices!

New to the area and haven't been to the movies in a while went with the Fam on a 6:00pm showing. We got popcorn and icee. Decided in between the movie to get a refill, they had closed the lobby at 7pm? I've never been to a theater that closes there lobby that early. I asked the lady working if I could get a refill she told me that all the machines where off... If there are still movies going on shouldn't the lobby still be open... Doesn't make sense..and the popcorn was stale.
