Is this a gamer prison? Never mind the metal fencing around the windows because there's a legitimate barricade inside the store too! It's a crudely constructed fortification comprised of wooden and metal display racks; "allowing" customers to browse their sun-damage-aged games within the 15% allotted floor space, and to gaze at the remaining selection from across the store. I had to stick my hand through a wired rack to pick up a game on a wooden display rack (facing away from) just to check out it out! I wouldn't want to recommend coming here, but I kinda want people to see how hilariously sad it is at the same time.

Bought two PlayStation 2 games for a friend of mine who's in a wheelchair can't get down to the place is living on a fixed income. One WORKS PERFECTLY, the second didn't work, started up a few times and got to the intro but never made it to the actual game. I came back the following day and asked for something different as per my friends request he's the one that bought it by the way . There is no telling the guy that it was bad, he wouldn't believe me, wouldn't even listen. I asked to replace it with a 007 game, which cost 9.99. the COD game cost 15 but he said 007 was the same price so even exchange. I saw the price on the item was $5 less, but I never received $5 in return or store credit for $5. he also told me that there was no return allowed on the next game even if it didn't work. Needless to say I won't be going back based on the pure dissatisfaction with the employees and their skills. On the opposite side, their place had a wide variety of items and was pretty well organized and it just had a lot of good stuff. I would go there just to see the stuff. I would never buy anything from them ever again couldn't get my money out of my pocket

Bought four games and when i got to my car to check them they had taken all the manuals out and worker said its because they supposedly needed them since they don't have anymore xbox boxes with the original art cover so they use the guide as the box cover and none of the games in here have a guide as a box cover. Im pretty disappointed.
