Great food and great prices but the new elderly cashier up front is crabby and I've never seen him smile, say thank you or be kind in any manner. I've worked fast food with a drive in window and I know it can be challenging, but at least make an attempt at appreciating your customers. His personality is as dru as a 3 day old tortilla.

Order was paid for on my card and the supervisor said it didn't go thru, even after I showed it went thru on my ELP app and card transaction. She refused to give me my order or refund me. I called ELP customer service and explained to them what happened. Worst customer service experience and wonder how many others she ripped off with that scam.

It took over 15 minutes for drive thur. My nachos look more like chips, with a little chicken and a little sour cream... very disappointing after waiting sooo long. Where is the cheese? Where is the guacamole? I also saw a man walk up to the drive thur line and cut everyone waiting and he got his food 1st. Is that what I should have done to get faster service? Walk up to the drive thur window? I asked where is my cheese and guacamole? Pedro asked me if I want him to ask the cook.... I hate complaining so I was like nope I'll just never come back to this location, since y'all dont know how to make nachos.... sooo I'm not coming back
