I was able to get right in after driving over from Libby on crossed fingers, and the cut was perfect, just what I asked for. I only showed like 10 pix and said something like those - that were all different from each other.. I still got the exact cut I wanted.. that was good.. lol I DO NOT WANT EVERYONE STEALING MY SYLIST SO I CAN NOT GET IN TO GET A CUT ANYMORE SO (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 😊 😁😇

Online check in a huge bonus! I appreciate how quick and efficient they are. Wish i could get more consistant cuts tho of the length and style im wanting 🤪 They tend to want to cut too much off my hair and turn it into a short hairdo 🤪

I've been going to this Great Clips since 2012 and it's extremely hit or miss. Today when I checked online, the estimated wait time was about an hour and the site offered me online check-in. I did the check-in and the site offered to text me when my wait time was down to 15 minutes. Great! I got the text and went to Great Clips. When I went in they didn't have me on the list. I said I'd checked in online and the woman said "Well we don't have you." I showed her the text I got and she was like "Okay? If you want to wait it'll be about an hour." No explanation for what went wrong. No apology for the system getting it wrong. She honestly seemed really annoyed I was even there, which I mean okay I get it, they were B U S Y but if the online check-in doesn't work or of there's a trick to making it work, that would be good to know, you know? Tl;dr I went next door to Sally Beauty instead and bought a razor comb and I'm never going to Great Clips again I am done. :(

Can't remember my stylists name but she was absolutely awesome. The one who did my 4 year old daughters hair was amazing as well, she kept my daughter talking the whole time and it was only the second time she ever had her hair cut. They put us right next to each other so my daughter wasn't scared. They were extremely nice and accommodating. We will be coming back! 😊
