ordered 3 dozen assorted , gave us 3 dozen original glazed. like who orders 3 dozen original glazed laila? now i have 5 dozen to bring to canada . very poor service

I work at a business very close to this location and have had multiple workers come in with donuts expect free food and literally having us make their food and then at the register saying “here’s $15 worth of donuts for $40 of food and I don’t have any money.” So I gave a girl free food and told her to please never do that again and she made a whole ordeal out of it. Like Karen this is against most corporate policies, sit your entitlement down.

Addicting.  The employees are the nicest, coolest people.  The donuts are the absolute best and they're always coming out with new things to try.  On the rare occasion something goes wrong with an order, let them know - the staff goes above and beyond to make it better.  They even give you a free dozen glazed donuts for your birthday.  They have a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of your vehicle.  Check 'em out for yourself, won't be disappointed.  Tell them hi from Fernie 😂

Donuts were fresh for it being 7pm at night. Staff was friendly. They had a good selection available. We don't have a Krispy Kreme near us at home so it was nice to get one thats not a day old.
