He was the only rep who helped us compare products without talking down about other companies. But more important than that was his knowledge of the industry and product details that mattered most to us. My wife and I visited this showroom location to learn about Jacuzzi options and prices. Pat was absolutely amazing to work with. He took his time going over all the various features and answered every question we had. The showroom floor is well layed out and they had plenty of models to review and tryout. We are super happy with our experience and the quality of our new tub! Highly recommend Jacuzzi hot tubs and ask for Pat!

Disappointed with the service of this store. Our installation was set for 4pm but delivery guy didn't arrive til almost 5pm and then said he didn't know he was taking out an old spa, despite it being written on the order form and we being charged for it. They set up the Jacuzzi in the dark and it DOESN'T WORK. The old spa removal was suppose to happen Sat, then Mon and finally happened Wed and the installation guy said he noticed some lines were twisted when he installed it....what? So he didn't install it correctly, saw his mistake and didn't fix it? We've had an non-working Spa for 5 days now. I've called this store everyday for 3 days to have it fixed and everytime I get the same response: the technician will call you. While Pat and Christian are nice salesmen, it seems the rest of the way the business is run is either shady or incompetent. I don't have much hope this will be resolved quickly and at this point told them to come get their Spa and give me my money back. Again, I was told, 'a technician will call you.'

Christian is the man!! We had a wonderful experience buying a new jacuzzi here this week. I swung by yesterday and got a ton of information. Christian was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining the many different options available, as well as lead times and small things that had never crossed my mind but which are key to making an informed decision on a hot tub. I had considered a Costco special but the extra value add of having a professional go through everything with me, not to mention my complicated placement and delivery needs, along with Jacuzzi's exceptional brand name and no hassle warranty all made this a no brainer. Despite being quite busy on the showroom floor when I came back the next day with my wife to finalize the decision, Christian took the time to explain everything once again. Plus his relaxed demeanor made the 'wet test,' which I highly recommend, less awkward than it otherwise would have been. If you are looking for a quality product with a no pressure high information sales process go see Christian in Mission Viejo. The man knows his craft and you will not regret it!! P.S.
