Saddleback Carpet and Flooring did a phenomenal job removing carpet and installing Luxury Vinyl throughout our entire house. Not only does Jerry do great work, you can tell he genuinely loves his business and the products he sells. He doesn't try to persuade you in the direction of more expensive products, everything in his store is clearly marked with the price including installation, and without badmouthing the big-box stores or some of his competitors, he will be glad to tell you and show you why his products are better quality, and he will explain how his installation is different to ensure the best results and to ensure you get the proper warranty. Throughout the process, we had a lot of questions and decisions to make, and Jerry was happy to call and text to help us out. After our estimate, we decided to go with a product that was a little less per sq ft and of course he dropped our price a few grand. Very honest and transparent when a lot of people aren't. When it came time to demo and install, the crew arrived on time on the day scheduled, and finished right on time the day before we moved in as planned, and hauled everything away. We highly recommend Saddleback for all of your flooring needs!

Jerry Lorito the GM seemed like a nice guy who was interested in working with us. He asked me to send over all of my info to discuss the job and then absolutely ghosted me. Zero response. Don't think I should have to work so hard to acquire your business but I am sure someone else will help us out.

If only every home improvement company were like Jerry, Lisenthe and Saddleback Carpet. I came to Jerry on a strong recommendation as I am very leary of hiring any home improvement company due to horror stories about most of them. Jerry's teams are extremely professional and know exactly what they are doing. No fudging.
