First off i just want to say cut the middle man out and go straight to the source. I ordered Grams Injectors for a Bseries. My paypal address wasn't up to date after i purchased them so i replied to the email with correct address. Jhp responded with “im sorry but youre going to have to place another order with the right address before we issue refund.” Thank god i had an extra 1000$ to spare on my project! So i ordered another set. They arrived and when i go to install them. Only one top hat fully inserts into fuel Rail correctly. The other 3 are short about a 1/4 inch so the fuel rail will no bolt down. The machining must've been off when production was made. I emailed jhp and they stated that have to speak with grams. I preferred to just have a refund because the parts i ordered are incorrect and i can purchase the correct ones from another manufacturer. JHP responds with due to our store policy and them being installed i cannot get a refund. How am i supposed to know they dont fit if i dont attempt to install them‼️ Im running a skunk 2 fuel rail that previously had Injector dynamics 1000cc installed but they seized up due to e85 sitting. Now i wasted 1000 for something that doesnt work correctly ‼️ So for future references just go directly to the source. Pictures dont even show exactly how faulty they are.

I was skeptical when I first placed my order with JHPUSA, being that the item I ordered was quoted a 4-5 month delivery every where else. I called JHPUSA to confirm my order and the person on the phone told me it would arrive in 2 weeks. Well, they were wrong. It arrived in FOUR DAYS. I was shocked. Great customer service and shipping time.

Despite recent reviews about shipping problems and customer service, I decided to give them a shot. JHP offers Supertech "Super Combo" valve train kit, which is essentially, JHP taking all of the super tech parts you would need for a valve train overhaul and putting them in one box that only they offer, and as well as being convenient their price was actually better than most. Since I was a bit nervous due to the negative reviews, I called first to verify availability, The guy that answered was able to quickly verify that everything except for the valves themselves was in stock, and he was sure to have the valves in about a week. So after hanging up the phone I made an online purchase for the kit, and sure enough after about 6 days I got a shipping confirmation. The kit just arrived and doesn't seem to be anything wrong with any of it. I'll be sure to give them a few more cautious chances if I need anything.
