I love coming to the review section and seeing all the horrible reviews on Diane. I don’t ever leave reviews and wasn’t planning to until I saw all of the other reviews left by people about Diane, and let me tell you, they are all true. I had the first appt at 9am, and she shows up at 9:10 being rude, unprofessional, and just so bitter. Worst experience at any USPS ever. Will never go back there. Please fire her.

Would give No stars if I could, I put the wrong postage on the package my fault BUT the lady never mentioned that to me when I was there she gave me a receipt and I left 2 days later I get that package returned to me, box all beat up and they wrote in black marker Wrong Postage all over the box I couldn't reuse the box to resend it. That was so unnecessary and unprofessional.

Worst experience with USPS ever. Worst customer service at this location. Dropped off 6+ packages here and I placed them nicely at the last counter that no one was there which normally they will just tell me to leave them on counter. But not today this lady had an attitude and told me to take all packages to the back myself. I was like really? She can’t just take them to the back? And even if she can’t she can just ask me nicely not with an attitude. She probably needs a coffee or sth to cheer her up.

Diane needs to go. She intentionally avoided helping someone to the point where another staff member stepped in because Diane’s attitude was so outrageously bad. I’m truly sorry if you’re having some kind of bad situation in your life, but that’s absolutely no excuse to slam down someone’s packages so hard that the items break. The girl who came in to mail things runs a business and now has to either redo those orders or refund the people for the items inside the packages that Diane slammed down with little regard. From the looks of other reviews, she does this to other people what looks like constantly.
