Horrible customer service. I understand that policy is policy, however, it could’ve simply been explained to us in a different manner. We tried returning an item that didn’t work the way we had hoped and instead of just explaining to us that there was a no return policy on the item we bought, we were met with a condescending attitude by the working cashier. He was very rude and acted like he was doing us such a HUGE favor by working there and talking to us. We will NEVER shop here at this location ever again. Didn’t get his name but he is an older, shorter man. Please teach your employees interpersonal skills and some customer courtesy. It should be required training that is taken annually as the service your employees provide directly reflect the values of your company.
