I came in for an urgent care visit as well as 2 follow up visits with the resident naturopath. Very knowledge medical staff. On my emergency visit they did blood work in-house while I was given a hydration IV pack, which provided some useful insight. All the staff have been amazing and it's been great to work with Dr. Etzel. Lots of love and high vibes in this clinic. The one piece of feedback that I have now that I'm an on-going patient is that I wish they had a way to communicate with the staff digitally. They only communicate via phone and it feels a bit limiting and old school. I feel like patients should be able to email or text with the doctor or doctor's assistant.

Genuine people genuinely wanting to help. They were able to get me in the same day within hours for a mouth infection and took their time with describing the precautions as well as the alternatives to conventional medicines. Definitely recommend this place! They were even short staffed and stayed positive and efficient.

Honestly the best clinics I've ever been. I went in with a somewhat urgent issue and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make the process as easy and pleasant as possible. The doctor and nurses made sure I understand each step and talked me through treatment, and they were quick and efficient with the procedure but it didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
