FOR A 1ST DUI CONVICTION, CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES 3 TO 5 YEARS INFORMAL PROBATION, COMPLETION OF A 3 TO 9 MONTH DUI EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM, A FINE WITH PENALTY ASSESSMENTS OF BETWEEN $1500 AND $2000 AND A COUPLE OTHER CONDITIONS.

IF NOT, THE HOUSE WILL BE ORDERED SOLD AND THE NET PROCEEDS DIVIDED.
