I think they are harble and they rep people off they make you pay a inpound fee and then send you to another location where your car is hell at and your car be totally destroyed when you get there.

Scammers, told me my car wasnt there just so they can hold it all weekend knowing I needed paperwork from the dmv and charged the whole weekend including the day I picked up the car, 4 days charged instead of the 1 day it should have been. and the lady there answering the phone says she is the manager just because shes the only one there. Poor customer service, poor business, these people will do anything for a buck.

No way I'm 5-staring a tow yard. No friendly staff No friendly parking No prompt service.... I will never "not check" on my vehicles again because apparently if the road and or lights on the street need fixed you don't get a grace they put up a sign take notes/pictures and tow your $#1+. Lesson learned check out the vehicles before you sleep and don't sleep in with out checking on them again.
