Where do i even start, how is this place in business? You get on the phone "the worst sounding echo of a phone i have ever heard" sounds like the lady was in a bathroom stall on speaker. To top it all off she asked for my VIN, so i said ok let me walk out to my car "took 30 seconds" What do you know she is just gone? I guess i was placed on hold with no warning or sound once i was on hold? So i call back 10 minutes later just for her to instantly say please hold which i understand if you are busy. At least they told me this time i was getting put on hold, only problem is i sat there for 10 minutes on hold to never have anyone speak to me again. What a wonderful use of 30 minutes to get nothing done

This is a great dealership, from my service experience. John Ives worked through his lunch to get me in and out of there quick. I barely had time to go across the street and get a sandwich. I should have gotten him one. Ill be back and bring him one.

An Honest Service Center. I stopped in the service department at 4:15 pm on Good Friday, after driving down from Northern California. Planning to get an appointment for an electrical issue I have had for a few months on my 2017 Grand Cherokee I talked with a service rep, he took a few minites to locate the problem that other mechanics could not figure out, a loose battery cable ground was the peoblem. A mechanic tightened it up and i was back on the road, this process took 20 minutes in total. This was a positive experence, Thank You!

So my original review was not good due to a major miscommunication between me and a sales manager. I’ve updated this review to reflect my current experience with Shaver Jeep. Their sales manager reached out to me to make right what I believed to be poor customer service. This impressed me and showed me they cared about their customer experience and wanted to keep me happy. I ended up purchasing my wife’s Jeep from them and it was a smooth and pleasurable experience. Though I do feel that no dealership should ever put a markup on vehicles because I believe it to be in bad taste, this dealership made good on what they promised.
