Pretty sure I made this review already and I can’t find it anymore. So I’ll do this again: Planet Fitness needs to update their process in ending memberships with them. During the beginning of Covid-19, they paused all charges to everyone’s accounts. However, they did not tell me they were going to start charging my card again after they opened back up. Due to Covid-19 I had to relocate as many others did. I now live in a location where there is no planet fitness anywhere near me. I called (after I saw I was being charged still), they said they could not refund me any of the money even though they can see that I have not checked in, in over 2 years. ALSO, if you want to cancel, you CANNOT do so on the phone. You have to in person. Mind you, I have to drive 2 hours out of town or mail them something. So regardless I have to spend more money just to end a membership with them. I think it’s time they get update with their ways. I used to be a huge advocate for planet fitness, but not anymore.

Never again...I travel for work so I have visited various planet fitness locations around the country.. This location by far is the worst location where can I first began I enter the gym every Pf location layout is different. So when you turn the corner to enter and exit the women's bathroom your almost near miss running into members because of the small and crowded club equipment set up at this location. You have staff monitoring you in the bathrooms etc making you feel uncomfortable . They have signs up all in female locker room to call the "manager" or "police" because I believe someone's belongs was stolen w/o a lock🔒. I understand the lgbt community have righs but I felt some kind uncomfortable way. Soon as I get out of a "Cold" I mean "Very Cold" shower the temperature Never was warm nor a fit temperature for public use. (No woman's changing room) . Then I see a "man" getting out the shower in the women's locker room starting to dress. I felt Sooo uncomfortable period!!😟. The Whole Vibe was off in this place !! It was not a good vibe, atmosphere here period!! It was clean though that's it!

The subject you mention is of great concern. As local guides, our job is to make objective assessments. Accuracy and integrity also play a large role. Messages should be well-written and concise. This message is difficult to understand.
I'm here planning to sign in so what do I need to sign. And when does Petaluma open
Thank you for reaching out, Alex! We are currently open! You can visit our club's page from the link below for more information on our current operating hours and other details: https://www.planetfitness.com/gyms/rohnert-park-ca As for our age policies, members must be over the age of 13 to join or come as a Black Card member's guest! For members aged 13-17, the first time they come into the club, they must have a parent/guardian present to sign the membership agreement to keep in member’s file. Minors that sign up online must have a parent accompany them to sign their waiver at their first visit. Minors 13-14 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at every visit!
Hi Jonathan, Our expected opening date for most clubs that haven't already opened is early to mid November! At the moment, we are working closely with our franchisees to safely reopen our clubs, as gyms are permitted to reopen, adhering to local guidelines in place. You can also check your local club page on our Club Finder or your club’s Facebook page for updates. When your club’s official reopening date has been set, you’ll be the first to know! We hope this helps!
Hey, Brian! Our Rohnert Park facility is temporarily closed. As soon as we reopen, updates will be posted to our Facebook page and club page: https://www.planetfitness.com/gyms/rohnert-park-ca. Know that you will not need to make an appointment once our club reopens. It will be first-come, first-serve! The Crowd Meter on our club page and the PF app will show just how busy the club is or isn't, that way you can make adjustments to your schedule to be sure you want to come in when it's less busy and to avoid the crowds. We appreciate your patience and support as we work towards reopening our Planet again! 💜
Hey Walitan, we don't have an opening date set at this time, but we will let you know the moment we have an update, so stay tuned for details via our club website and our Facebook page! https://www.planetfitness.com/gyms/rohnert-park-ca Billy
Hey, Jay! As we understand the convenience of a 24-hour facility, we have had to alter our operational hours for the safety of our staff and members during these unprecedented times. We have a number of factors to consider before we can safely return to our normal hours. Since each club is independently owned and operated, please reach out to your local club manager to see if there is an estimated time in place for returning to our normal club hours. We appreciate your patience and support during this time!
I don't think so most gyms have closed during the pandemic
Open 24 Hours Monday through Friday! Open Monday at 5:00 AM until Friday at 10:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Memorial Day they close at 3.
Not on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Check planet fitness website for updates.
You have to go to your original place of membership sign up. And if you cant just mail a letter of request to go forth and cancel your membership. Mail it to that gym.
Yes, 10$ a month or 20$ a month. 2 different plans with different benefits.
