Almost every time i go in there its awful, one guy knows what he is doing, most staff doesn't know what a screwdriver is. I hate to go there but its close. Managers and i mean all of them are rude. My fathers buddy owns some ace stores and said this store was an absolute joke and its true. The regional manager or owners wont even call me back. I hope they fix their issues.

I go into hardware stores a lot for my work and I always cringe when I have to go into Ace. Cashiers are slowwwww, and if I have a question, there is no one around, and IF I can find someone, they probably don't know the answer.

I don't have all day to sort through a big box store. I can get in and get out with what I need. I've been going to this store since it opened. If I can't find something there's always someone to show me exactly where it's at.

The lady standing right inside the doors asked me if I needed help and walked me back to the section I needed. She helped me find the replacement bolts for which I was looking. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Great experience and exceptional customer service.
