Was on a camping trip in my RV when my 12 year old tires started vibrating really bad. Not only did this BIG-O tires have the right tires for my RV (many other places don’t carry RV tires) but they also worked me into the schedule on very short notice. They had me in within 1.5 hours if my short notice to them, and they had me back on the road about an hour after they pulled my RV into the shop bay. The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the total price was less than I had expected. Thank you BIG-O tires!!! THANK YOU for saving my vacation!!!

My wife and I have taken our cars here for the past year or so, for everything from tire replacements to oil changes, and we haven't been led astray or let down yet. Their employees have always been friendly and fast, explaining everything that might be needed for service on the car. Many of their inspections are also free, and I've always found their prices to be fair and competitive. I've also never really been upsold on anything; when I had my tires replaced a couple years ago, they gave me the full rundown on different tire prices so I could pick something that worked best for me. Because of this, they also don't seem like they're pushing you to get unnecessary service. Lastly, the employees seem to actually care about their customers and what they do. I recently brought my car in to get the brakes swapped, and a few days later, Shea reached back out to me to make sure everything was still going alright. Even if this is just "company policy" or something their systems notify them to do, I was still impressed and felt that it was them going above and beyond. In short, I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I highly recommend everyone go here!

Fast and friendly service with fair prices. One of the few places I go that I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I trust that my car is in good hands. Working with Shea was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to address my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

We were on a long road trip and had problems with one flat tire and we got in 10 minutes before closing and they took a look at all tires and filled them all up, and graciously blessed us with free service. Super thankful for a team of people who care about people and their needs and not just after the money. Dylan helped us and his team where very kind and gave us an honest opinion and showed us what might be best plan but also what was reasonable. We were very satisfied, and would highly recommend this company! Very clean waiting area and bathroom aswell. Thank you guys! 👍🏼👌🏼
