I always enjoy going to this Arby's. The establishment is clean. The food is delicious and the people who work there are always friendly and courteous.

Good food and quick service, just as one should consistently expect from this store and its staff.

We went inside to eat thinking it would be a nice experience. Geez, we were so wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the fish deluxe. Spent almost 20.00 and ended up throwing most of both sandwiches away. Both sandwiches were dripping with mayo, lettuce and threw on a small tomato. Yuck. The chicken still was pink and the fish was small with too much breading. I won’t even start in on the drink dispenser…. A terrible experience all in all.

We don't want to lie for you, Arby's. I've ordered and been asked to pull forward after paying. I said, "Why? There's no one behind me in the drive thru. I only ordered a single plain roast beef sandwich, slice it and put it on the bun." The cashier said something to the effect of: If I pull forward, it tells their system they completed my order in that time. I said that I'm not lying for you, give me my food when it is done and that will be the time I leave in your system. Sat there and waited at the window and no one ever pulled up behind me. Got my food from the window, it would have slowed their operation down to send an employee outside to car deliver my order and they would have had to go out in the summer heat. What a stupid policy to try to have your customers cheat your own system for/with you. Don't you know how long it takes to prepare your own food? I no longer order fries because they are generally always over cooked or burnt. They seem to be refried repeatedly, it's hard to taste anything resembling a potato when they are crisp all the way through or soggy with grease. You could make more money from each customer if the food was prepared correctly. Today I went there for a plain sandwich, assuming, perhaps naively, that roast beef on a bun is a safe fast food option. I get home and open up a wrong sandwich. I called and spoke with a guy and told him, he said swing by and we'll replace it. I asked if I needed to bring the wrong sandwich in and he said no, he asked for my name and said he'd look out for me. I immediately drive there and inform them of what happened in person. The "pull forward" employee asked if she could see the sandwich. I told her I was told I didn't need to bring it. She started to go remake it, then came back to ask what it was I ordered, after I'd explained on the phone and in person. I'm guessing at some point the experience will be bad enough to stop relying on Arby's as a quick sandwich option. Likely sooner rather than later. See attached photo of the beef n cheddar/wrong sandwich if you are still needing proof. I'm not trying to scam you out of a roast beef sandwich.

Its not likely the store would monitor this. Its to ask other reviewers about the store. You would need to contact them directly for that info.
