Stephanie was the best! She paid close attention and made me feel heard and listened to. She made sure to take notes on all my concerns and I feel like everything was clearly explained and addressed. I was shown papers that detailed all the services that I was requesting or would receive, recommendations were on point. Always going the extra mile and I really appreciate her help. Kevin the courtesy driver was a fun ride. The shop is clean and well organized. Felt very well taken care of. The only Special Touch upgrade I might recommend is paper mats after the courtesy vacuum and that they vacuum both the front seat and passenger side. I park outside for now and there were still leaves and things all over my passenger side though the courtesy vacuum showed up on the list of services provided.

We had great service at this shop. Everyone we encountered from the receptionist who answered the phone, to the service tech who wrote our service up, to the shuttle driver who just stopped by to chat, and finally, the gentleman who checked us out for our service payment were so friendly and helpful. We have been traveling the country in our camper van and our oil change light came on about an hour outside of Topeka. We called to see if they could fit us in, and they were accommodating, informative and helpful. We were in and out in no time, and on our way. If we lived in the area, this would become our regular shop!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in a while. Non pressure salesman that made it very enjoyable. Fair and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to secure your business, not only for this sale, but future sales. I have been put the the ringer with other dealerships, to the point you walk out with your head in a haze. That didn’t happen here. Great selection of vehicles that are clean and ready for a new owner. Highly recommended.
