VERY DISAPPOINTING, RUDE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DOCTORS OR PREVIOUS VISITS. DOCTORS ARE AMAZING AND THE PREVIOUS STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS! TODAY I CALLED TO MAKE A Appointment A “EMiLY “answer the phone so that’s what she said her name was. I explained the reason for my call as well I’m letting her know I’m a patient there, I also informed her I have insurance through my Husband. From there on she was very rude and just didn’t want to help, I explained to her that all My Husbands insurance information remained the same only the company my Husband works now is a Different employer. Did not once did she asked for my Husband’s name or any other information that Receptionist do to look into to see what information she might need for me to give her. She kept on telling to bring my insurance card I again explained to her I don’t have a card other than my Kaiser medical card. Everything else is through my Husband information. She was extremely rude I told her my Husband insurance is through Labor Alliance. Then she said “oh ya” they don’t issue cards. From there on I hope the call was being Recorded so they could hear how very UNPROFESSIONAL she was!!!! I did let her know I will be making a complaint. HER WORDS WERE GO FOR IT!!!! I told her that was very unprofessional to talk to any patient!!! I hope she gets re train that’s not a way to talk to a PATIENT THAT IS IN PAIN TRYING TO GET MEDICAL ATTENTION FROM THE CHIROPRACTOR!!!!! AGAIN THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AMAZING DOCTORS!!!!!! EMILY YOU ARE RUDE!

Very professional and friendly staff! This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and had a great experience. I was having bad allergies and after a few visits my sinuses cleared and my symptoms alleviated. Dr. Taylor Holland is very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

This is the best chiropractor by far. The staff is efficient and helpful. They have a great check in system on an ipad, so the wait time to be seen is usually 10-15 minutes tops during the busy times (Saturdays) . Cash price is extremely reasonable. $40 for initial visit and $36 every visit after. They also offer packages for discounted visits when you pay for multiple visits up front (Luckily they accept my insurance). I have never been disappointed with the treatment I receive here. I have been coming here when I can since 2015. Although I have been to other chiropractors closer to where I live that are ok, they don't compare to the effectiveness of Dr. Holland at relieving pain.

Dr Holland is amazing. I used to think chiropractors were witch doctors who practiced voo doo , I was completely wrong. Dr Holland explained what he found in my back and explained how over a course of visits was going to heal it. My first visit, I barely could walk into the office, but after a visit of 20 minutes I walked almost pain free. I strongly recommend Dr Holland over any hospital physician when it comes needing relief from pain.
