Complacent is the one word to describe it! Anubish or Nubish at the reception gives an empty tank on the car and expects you to take pictures and walk back, to show him! Something seems off in the process, if the car is not tanked up to begin with..but the process must be non existent if you rely on picture from customer for your gas level!

Great customer service, had to wait in the lobby for a bit, seems like they get super busy on weekends. Guys in the front desk apologized for the wait and showed us the car and gave us few option to chose from, I wanted to drive a new Toyota RAV4 cause I am intending to buy one, he went extra mile and got us specific car!!,This is the my go to place for rentals now onward. It was quick in and out, this is the quickest I have ever rented a car, will do business again in future. They are COVID ready, I got a clean and sanitized car, the front desk guy explained how they are cleaning the car and explain the Avis pledge.

Plenty of vehicle selection and a healthy competition between surrounding AVIS's to get your business. Your likely to find a 12 -15 passenger van here.

We went to check out the cars and the employee seemed like we were bothering him. Instead of showing us the size of trunk/seating, he told us to look through the windows. We asked if he could open them up to see the trunk he was hesitant and informed us we could not sit in the cars. Didn't smile, introduce or greet us. He gave up the poorest customer service we had ever received. Left and went somewhere our business was appreciated.
