I've lived here for a year now, and I must say my experience has been amazing. Beautiful views, nice and quite neighbor's and the amenities are plentiful. Any time anything needs fixing no matter what it is. It's done with 24hrs. Even the staff is helpful and understanding, always going the extra mile to make sure your okay. I just renewed my lease for the second year. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to feel like your away from everything but still be close to everything ... moving here was one of the best choices I've made in a long time. Thank you Deer Valley staff and community. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful community very tight knit very safe and a bit on the higher scale.. if you catch my drift nice people very quiet. When I used to live there it kind of reminds me of Dash Dash did the movie Pleasanton... LOL

Yes. Proof of renters insurance must be provided to your leasing agent prior to your move-in date. For specific information, including required coverage amounts for your community, contact a leasing agent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
