I left a note for a UPS driver to return a package to the sender because I was refusing it; however, the driver still delivered it so I brought it here to return it. They were willing to take the package but would not give me a receipt because they are doing me a favor. I was able to do the same refusal at an Arcadia UPS store and was able to get a receipt. The owner (who also owns the Monrovia store) and the associate told me to take it to the Arcadia store. So, I did take it to the Arcadia store and the store manager was able to come up with a solution that worked for me.

I went in to get a booklet printed and binded and the two people working did not know how to do it. I think working at a printing service and shipping store all the employees should know this skill. Management please make sure all employees have this skill.

I have had a box at UPS since 2006. Love their service and have never had an issue or problem with receiving packages or mail.
