05/15/22 It’s been about another two weeks and things haven’t changed yet. You will keep complaining but they will respond only according to their choice. Now it’s more than two months, they still don’t have a big ladder to remove the bird nest and god knows from which universe they have ordered the spikes: they are not here too. Looks like they just don’t want to do anything and they just want to take your rent. We pay money, we pay rent but these issues are not being taken care of. We are living in very unsanitary place. This place is not worth your single penny. Please read the reviews before even booking your appointment to see the apartments here. It’s not even worth that. We have complained for more than 100 times due to this bird nest and droppings. There is no proper response that’s why I have to post this review. All they do is come and clean the stairway and the next morning it’s the same as it was. We also asked them if they can remove the bird nest. Their first response was “they don’t have the ladder” and second response was “we have ordered the spikes to install over the walls so the birds don’t come and sit there” Well, it’s been almost three months, neither the spikes have came nor the ladder. We have to be so careful while using the stairs and there have been times when we have noticed broken bird eggs on the stairs. Not doing anything for over three months is just too much. Every other day there is a new problem here. I feel extremely bad for my decision of extending our lease here. Not worth our money.

Worst management I’ve ever seen. They like to appoint projects and let residents find where to park all to themselves. No security and tons of homeless. Break-ins are common due to the fact they provide zero security. You’re better off gambling in Vegas. Do NOT move here.
