Did exactly what you’d expect one of these quick oil change places would do. I bought a synthetic oil change off Groupon for 53 dollars for my mothers car. I saw the Groupon listing said the oil change was for 5 quarts so I figured I’d stop in at auto parts store and buy the remaining oil her car needed. My mother calls me while there telling me they’re charging her an extra 32 and change for the extra 1.4 quarts of oil they added to meet the cars standards. I surely asked her if she’d asked for it and she assured me that she didn’t. She puts me on the phone with the employee and I asked him why they would add it without her consent or charge that much for a quart and a half of generic synthetic oil and he had no words. I heard background noise for a good while which I assumed was him reaching out to his manager so that he could then ask my mom what the problem was. He mansplained it to her but knowing I was on the phone, yelled to his tech to remove the 1.4 extra they'd added. I bought this Groupon out convenience but now I know I’d just have to find the time to change my moms oil so that i don’t send her to the vultures. This location and Valvoline should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Never visit or trust the “discounts” their website or Groupon has. My mother was of course flustered and was ready to pay the money just to avoid the confrontation. Beware of these vultures

The most friendly people all around - the call center to the auto shop everyone I talked to was so kind! Specifically Brian and Jossue at this location - thank you for being so nice! I got my oil changed and tires rotated here. They offered a coupon, they were attentive, they clearly explained everything from the oil types to my wait time - overall so much better than my other experiences. You’re able to stay in the car so it feels efficient and honest. It was quick all the employees worked together super well and I felt they did a very thorough job! Will be back for sure!

Worst service ever! Came to get my "15 minute oil change" which ended up being almost 35 MINUTES! Worst of all, NO discount, or NO apology for the delay! It's like when they told me about the services my car needed, I told them "I have my own mechanic" and they treated me like the last one in line because 2 cars after me left before I did! Thankfully I got MY OWN discount because I received it via my email if not my total would've been $80+dollars..Definitely not coming to this one again smh!!!
