I am trying to figure out how my bill is over $200 for a single person in less than 700 sq ft apartment. I have never paid so much for an electric bill in my entire life. This is ridiculous to be charging citizens this much. You all need to be ashamed of yourself.

With any rain storm the power is out for at least 5 hours ! It’s going on 15 hours at this point and they are ridiculously slow at repairing the lines. I’ve never had such an experience living here for 2 years. Usually up and running within an hour or two after a hurricane when living in the south! This is pathetic. They should have people called out immediately.
