It's a beautiful place to live. Quiet and friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome; they listen and take care of any maintenance requests right away. It's no wonder there's a waiting list.

I recently spoke to 3 different people at the Village Green Apartments in Covina, they all told me only one person had to be 55, so i went to look into seeing a apartment last Saturday, and the person that was there said both adults have to be 55, I very upset i was misinformed, is it true both adults have to be 55, Please let me know what is true, I really am interested in the apartments there,

I've lived here for 7+ years and have found it to be the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. All of the staff are very friendly and they make you feel really welcome. If there is a maintenance issue, it is resolved within 24 hours and usually less! It's quiet here and the location is great too. And if you like lots of activities (bingo, movies, etc.) this is the place for you.
