Was a customer for years. But the place has new management. The person who claimed to be the manager was rude and very aggressive. I didn't receive any assistance. Won't be recommending this place anymore.

They do great work and aren't pushy. Most places will give you a laundry list of things that is wrong with your car and heavily guilt you into getting all the work done right then and there with higher rates. The team at Horizon will let you know what you need done and how much (reasonable and fair pricing), but will never make you feel like you have to get it done immediately.
