Vista Pointe is a little oasis! The location is ideal, the cost matches the amenities and management has been decent, given the circumstances of a pandemic. The only imperfections were in the amount of maintenance details missed prior to our move-in almost a year ago, requiring many non urgent work orders. (Update 3/2022)After being here for almost two years, we’ve seen a slow down in response time from management/maintenance and have incomplete orders. We still don’t have amenities like the gym open after all this time. Some money wasted.

I have actually lived at Vista Pointe on two separate occasions. Both times I have enjoyed my stay and have been very happy with the facilities. Both times I lived in 2BD/2BA apartments on the second floor which were nicely remodeled, well maintained, had twelve foot high ceilings in the living room, had sizable private balconies, and were quiet. The gated community has two pools, a gym, lots of pet friendly spaces, washer dryer combos in each apartment (great feature!), and plenty of resident parking. I have had no issues with the management (Vivian and Pamela in the front office have been nothing but professional in my interactions with them). In all my time living here I have had one maintenance issue (the dryer in my apartment needed a new part) which was taken care of same day. Perhaps most importantly I have never once felt unsafe living here. All this and the community is reasonably priced for the area. I have been happy to pay what I pay to live here and I would live here again should life bring me back this way. I absolutely would recommend Vista Pointe to anyone looking to move to the Covina/Glendora area.

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM, I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing, all so friendly, communicative, and very helpful. The maintenance guys are great. They are so prefessional and fix things immediately. These apartments are very clean & well kept. I am so lucky to have a washing machine here, it’s great! (Included with unit ) Dog friendly! Washer and dryer! 2 amazing pools! Great staff! You will be happy here :)
