Positive: it was a newer property with updated amenities Negative: The floors in the lobby and first floor hallways were sticky. The floors in the bathroom in the room we stayed were sticky as well. Which is why the less than average rating was given for cleanliness.

Bugs in my 2nd floor bathroom. Was offered for someone to come spray or move to another room. If there is a bug in 1 room I'm sure it will be in another room. Then I was offered breakfast in the morning. I ended up just getting 25 dollars of my stay. To me it was gross, to the manager I talked to she stated it wasn't the kind of roach that means they are unsanitary it was the kind that live in the surrounding trees and are able to get in. Wow I felt much better after that explanation. (Not!). To late at night to go to another hotel and she never once offered a full refund so that I had that choice. I'm staying the night and I am positive I will still have to pay in the morning. I will never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on a regular basis while working out in the oil field with Schlumberger. The hotel and staff were always on point! They always greeted me and my crew, took great care of our needs, and always made sure our rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. This hotel was very clean and always very clean. Customer service from staff especially from a front staff member named Victoria was one of the best experiences I have encountered in my many travels. Thank you for always making us feel welcomed !
